PLA--Polylactic acid is a new type of biodegradable material, made from starch raw materials proposed by renewable plant resources (such as corn). 

It has good biodegradability. After use, it can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature, and finally generate carbon dioxide and water which will directly enter the soil organic matter or be absorbed by plants. It will not be discharged into the air, will not cause the greenhouse effect, and will not pollute. 

PLA is very beneficial to the protection of the environment, is recognized as an environmentally friendly material.

Now it is widely used in the disposable packaging industry and medical fields.
